Delivery

  • Standard Tracked delivery — £3.99 per order (Royal Mail or equivalent courier)
  • FREE delivery on orders of £25 or more
  • Orders dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Coventry, UK fulfilment centre
  • Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • We currently deliver to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)

Returns

  • 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order
  • Items must be unopened and unused, with all safety seals intact and in original packaging
  • Email hello@onvit.co.uk first — we'll confirm your return and send instructions
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us straight away and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
