Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Onvit. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered within the United Kingdom.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
During periods of high order volume, dispatch may be slightly delayed. If we anticipate any significant delay, we will contact you by email.

All orders are picked, packed and shipped from our fulfilment centre in Coventry, UK.

2. Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

3. UK Shipping Options and Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Tracked Shipping: Royal Mail or equivalent courier, estimated 2-4 business days after dispatch, GBP 3.99 per order.

Free Shipping: orders of GBP 25.00 or more receive free Standard Tracked Shipping (estimated 2-4 business days after dispatch).

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to Royal Mail/courier operations, weather, strikes or other factors outside our control.

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reship it once corrected (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund excluding shipping costs. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us.

6. Returns

For how to return an item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Approved returns must be sent to our Coventry fulfilment centre (details provided during the returns process).
